  I came to return a parcel and pick up a parcel, and the worker had such an issue with it. When I came to return it, he so rudely went blue machine do it first then come to me. I then handed the parcel to him to which he ignored me and carried on counting the money in the till, a simple one minute please wouldn’t have hurt. He then took the parcel took my signature and said done. I said I had to pick up a parcel, he sighed and started laughing and said “really?”. I said yeah and he seemed so annoyed by this as if I asked him to run a marathon or something. He then got one of his workers to go get it. Really rude service, I’ve now started using a different local shop who were extremely nice. I will not be using this store for anything else either. This worker was an older man with a turban on.

  Very rude staff. This is the second time the same person behind the counter has made comments about me collecting my parcel at a time that’s “inconvenient” for him. I come when I can, and the shop is open — there are no stated pickup times anywhere. People work and have lives. I’m also not a mind reader with a magic ball to know what’s convenient for someone else. If certain times aren’t suitable, then set proper pickup hours. It’s not that bloody hard. Shops get paid for being pickup points, so the attitude is unnecessary. I won’t be coming back — I’d rather use a place where staff are actually understanding and polite. If the owner wants to identify who this was, this happened this morning just before 8am.

  Nice market, you can find a lot of stuff inside and it is close to the main road. Prices are normal.
